Standard Ticket Price:

$1415 per capita (Accommodation not contained, including USD10 for bank charge)

Early Bird (Till Oct. 18)

$1000 per person (not including room charges over the 3-day conference

Please be notified that the registration fee covers your participation in conferences, seminars, buffet lunches, coffee breaks and your conference material, but your travel cost is not included, and the registration fee must be received before the forum opening.

Explanation of Ticket Price:
Please fill out the Registration Form and send it back to the Office of Telematics@China Organizing Committee by fax or E-mail. Remittance voucher should be sent by fax within five workdays following the sending of the Registration Form.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy:

	If you submit your cancellation request before Nov.5, 2011, refunds will be issued as soon as we have received your written notice (or fax). However, 20% of the registration fee will be deducted.
	If you submit your cancellation request after Nov.5, 2011, no refunds will be issued.
	We honor your application for substitution of participants only before Nov.5, 2011.
